Welcome!!Our degree programs are designed to equip students to follow the Lord in the work
of the ministry. For this reason, we have chosen to be accredited through the Accrediting Commission International, the
world's largest non-governmental accrediting association. ACI accredits over 252 schools
in 39 of the United States and in nine other countries on five continents. The ICBT accepts
transfer credits from other colleges and universities, as well as many
Bible schools and institutes, after appropriate evaluation.
ICBT offers certificates and college degrees at the undergraduate and
graduate levels in Biblical studies onsite, by correspondence, and through seminars.
Effective with the Winter 2006 Sessions, the AUDIT program is being re-introduced.
See the Registration Forms for the fee schedule.
Gratefully using the facilities at
The Rock Church of Petersburg is the accredited Bible College that was
started in September of 1999.
The International College
of Bible Theology offers classes on alternate Mondays at the
Bethel Restoration Center, Williamsburg and the
Dominion Worship Center, Crewe, and every Tuesday evening
for the associate degree level and every Thursday evening for the bachelor level courses
at the Petersburg Campus. On Friday evenings our Associate Level courses are administered at the
Rawlings Campus located in the Hickory Run Baptist Church. Our first day classes began on 2 December 2003.
See the Registration section for announcements.
If your location is more than 30 minutes from Petersburg, Crewe, or Williamsburg, we
can open up a local campus at your site or church. The ICBT is strictly interdenominational.
At these sites of the ICBT, we believe God has called us to be co-laborers
with Him. It is our vision to provide teaching and training to the Body
of Christ to enable them to be all that they can be for God.
God has charged us with propagating the Gospel through education to
whomsoever will. We do this through presenting the foundations of
Christianity, bringing opportunity through teachings and information
for practical application. In effect, we train Christians in skilled
servant work, working within Christ's body, the church, until we're all
moving rhythmically and easily with each other, efficient and graceful
in response to God's Son, fully mature adults, fully developed within and
without, fully alive like Christ (Ephesians 4:12-13, The Message).
Students may
register at the Petersburg, Williamsburg, Crewe, or Rawlings campuses as shown on the registration form.
For information and registration, the office is open by appointment Tuesday – Thursday, 10 AM
- 2 PM. You may also call or e-mail us, and we will be
happy to send you the information you need.
Students are encouraged to participate in seminars
that are given once every three months. These are
full credit classes that are designed for practical training.
Enrollment, tuition, textbook, study guide, and any other fees are due with completed application at registration.

The I.C.B.T. believes...
- The Bible to be the inspired and only infallible and authoritative Word of God.
- There is one God eternally existent.
- In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His
sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His
bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and
in His personal future return to this earth in power and glory to rule
over the nations.
- The only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith
in the precious blood of Christ.
- Regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation.
- The redemptive work of Christ on the Cross provides healing for the human
body in answer to believing prayer.
- The baptism in the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, is given to
believers who ask for it.
- In the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the
Christian is enabled to live a holy life.
- In the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to
everlasting life and the other to everlasting damnation.

Note: The ICBT catalog was originally published in MS Publisher2003. MSOffice2007 has allowed this format to
be published here both in PDF and in XPS. You can safely read XPS files in MSIE version 7 or later.
XPS may drive Firefox 20016 and earlier versions crazy.
You may print this catalog on your printer and then manually arrange the pages so that the catalog opens like a book.
Otherwise, what you are seeing on this screen will drive you crazy.
The Registration Form for each campus is in PDF format. You will need to print this before
filling in the blanks. The projected calendar is included with the Registration Form for each campus.
If applicable, the application form must be turned in and the one-time enrollment fee
must be paid at the time of registration.
